  • Last-minute cancellations may incur charges as per the property’s terms.

Refund Policy

  • Processing time for refunds may take 7-10 business days, subject to bank policies.
  • Refunds will not be provided for no-show bookings or non-cancellable reservations.

Payment Disputes

  • In case of payment disputes, users must report issues within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Disputes will be handled as per RBI’s digital transaction guidelines.

Processing Fees
